Regular meeting of the MPRB board of commissioners. You can register to speak at Open Time by calling MPRB at 612-230-6400 before 3pm the day of the meeting, or by signing up in person before the meeting begins. Depending on the number of speakers, you will have anywhere from 1 to 3 minutes to speak. Open Time starts at 5:30pm.
